Thrivent Builds is building at 145 Abba Way, Taylors, the first house start at the new Abigail Subdivision. The project is funded by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, HFHI, Thrivent

Builds-Greenville Chapter, and Habitat Greenville. Nadine Warnex and her three children are being served through
this build. The project is underway, with completion dates projected for October 9.
The 2nd house start during this season is the Fluor-GAIHN project going up at 309 Gray Street, Travelers Rest. Funding and volunteers

are supplied by Fluor Corporation of Greenville and GAIHN (Greenville Area Interfaith Hospitality Network). GCRA or Greenville County Redevelopment Authority has also contributed to the land development of this
project. Angela West and her two sons are readying for their move into their new home which will happen just before Christmas. Their dedication date is set for December 5.
Starting on September 8, Michelin North America, Inc. will begin their 4th project with Habitat Greenville at 148 Abba Way, the 2nd home to be built

in the new Abigail Springs
neighborhood. Michelin will provide full funding and volunteers for this project to serve Mia Sims and her two children. Their house will be finished at the end of October, with a November dedication date to be set.
Women Build Greenville will begin our 4th Fall Project
on September 10 at 25 Cone Crest Court, Greenville, SC with a Rehab

Construction to revitalize a property formerly held by Habitat Greenville. Women Build will provide funding and volunteers for this project, which will be a “first” for them in a “rehab effort” – all their projects over the last ten years have been with new construction. The Women Build focus is about serving a family. In this case, Beverly Morton is able to make plans now toward moving into her new home sometime during the first part of November.
