Melody FloydFor the second year in a row, Taylors First Baptist Church has wholeheartedly embraced Habitat Greenville’s mission and vision for decent, affordable housing of Greenville County familes, by providing their second full sponsorship of a Habitat build project.  Melody Floyd’s house was dedicated on August 14.  Melody is a Certified Nursing Assistant who has worked in healthcare for 26 years.  She has been in the Habitat program for 2 years, fulfilling her training and “Sweat equity” (volunteer hours) requirements.  Her patience and diligence is being rewarded as she becomes a first-time homeowner and moves into her new home.

Putting hands and feet to the gospel, the congregation of Taylors First Baptist Church is indelibly touching the heart and life of Melody Floyd in a way she’ll never forget.Melody Floyd
