Square Foot Club

A Monthly Gift to Support Decent, Affordable Homes for Families

The Square Foot Club is comprised of individuals and businesses who make a monthly donation in support of the work of Habitat Greenville.  Affordable and safe housing provides a foundation for healthy and stable families and enhances our neighborhoods and communities. Your annual gift as a Square Foot Club donor helps provide an unforgettable, life-changing journey for hardworking, committed low-income Greenville County families, and is an investment that lasts a lifetime and impacts generations to come.

Helping Hand

$10/month provides: bathroom mirrors for one home
$20/month provides: kitchen sink and faucet
$35/month provides: front porch railings for one home
$40/month provides: front entry and lock set to keep a family safe                       

Breaking Ground

$50/month provides: bathroom vanity and countertops
$75/month provides: interior doors and trim
$90/month provides: insulation to make a home energy-efficient

Strong Foundation

$100/month provides: landscaping for one home
$150/month provides: roofing shingles for one home
$200/month provides: foundation for one home

Cornerstone Club

A Commitment to Decent, Affordable Housing

Cornerstone Club donors contribute cumulative, non-restricted gifts totaling $2500 or more or more within one year. As a Cornerstone Club donor, you will make a significant impact on the organization.

Your membership signifies your commitment to decent, affordable housing by providing vital funds that will enable Habitat Greenville to maintain a strong foundation.

Benefits of Cornerstone Club membership:

  • An open door to Habitat President, Monroe Free.
  • Newsletter updates to keep you informed about current construction, activities, events and special opportunities.
  • Invitations to groundbreaking ceremonies, wall raising ceremonies and home dedications.
  • Two invitations to Habitat’s annual fundraising event.

Gifts of Materials or Expertise to Support Home Builds

In addition to monetary partnerships, “gift-in-kind” contributions of services, materials or supplies, in keeping with Habitat’s construction standards, will assist in fulfilling our mission.  Specific guidelines for materials are available. 

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, gifts to Habitat for Humanity are deductible for Federal income tax purposes.

Building Your Team through Building with Habitat

Corporations have told us that volunteering with Habitat has been one of the best team-building experiences they’ve had.  We are excited to announce our partnership with Alchemy for Leaders—a Greenville-based firm with expertise in team development, cohesion and alignment—to offer team development programs. This is an opportunity to take your teams to the next level.
