A Habitat build partnership is a unique opportunity to impact the life of a family. It’s also a tangible way for your company and employees to help improve our community. Build partners provide financial resources and volunteer support to create affordable housing for working, low-income families in Greenville County.
Each house partner will receive the following benefits, in addition to those listed with each level:
- Name/logo on build site signage
- Participation in home dedication
- Feature in-home dedication program
- Inclusion in Habitat newsletter
- Promotion on our website and social media and inclusion in the annual report
$100,000 – Exclusive Home Builder
Provides for the land, site preparation and building materials for one house.
Build Partner organization receives 17 volunteer days. Additionally, they receive:
- Participation in “wall-raising ceremony” (optional)
- Logo and link on Habitat Greenville website
- Logo on wall-raising and home dedication programs
- Opportunity to speak at home dedication
- Press release to local and regional media
- One complimentary table at Habitat’s annual “All the Comforts of Home” event in the Fall
- Complimentary participation in Habitat’s annual CEO Build
$80,000 – Full House Partnership
Provides building materials for one house
Build partner organization receives 17 volunteer days. Additionally, they receive:
- Wall-raising ceremony (optional)
- Logo and link on Habitat Greenville website
- Logo on wall-raising and home dedication programs
- Opportunity to speak at home dedication
- One complimentary table at Habitat’s annual “All the Comforts of Home” event in the Fall
- Press release to local and regional media
$40,000 – Half House Partnership
Provides building materials for one-half house construction
Build Partner will determine the number of days they will provide volunteers. Partner receives:
- Logo and link on Habitat Greenville website
- Opportunity to speak at home dedication
$17,500 – Quarter House Partnership
Provides building materials for one-quarter house construction
Build Partner will determine the number of days they will provide volunteers. Partner receives:
- Link on Habitat Greenville website
- Opportunity to make a presentation at home dedication
$10,000 - Lot Sponsorship
You can help build our community! By becoming a Lot Sponsor, you are laying the foundation on which a Habitat house will be built by helping to cover the cost of the parcel of land necessary to begin construction on a Habitat house for a hard-working, deserving family.
Benefits include:
- Company name on the build site
- Participation in wall raising and dedication ceremonies
- Inclusion in any/all media promotion as well as social media
- Half-day to volunteer with a team from your company
- Half-day to volunteer with a team from your company
$4,000 – Good Faith Partnership
Provides a portion of building materials; entry-level partnership
Build Partner receives one volunteer day for its employees.
